That's great, Michael!! I know you're excited for him (college scholarship) 
that all of his work (college scholarship) is paying off (college 
scholarship) and that he shares your love of music (college scholarship). ;~)

My nephew plays the trombone as well...last year for Christmas I got him a 
music book with rock songs in it, one was "Smoke On The Water"...I told him 
I'd especially want to hear THAT one! :~)
