Boy, Relayer, that's a succint but an excellent question. I've just been thinking
about this song (Songs to Aging Children Come) as well from listening to the cover on
#15 from Tir Na Nog. The melody of this song seems very unusual for Joni. Maybe it's
not. I'd love to hear from the musicians out there who play this song if the chordal
structures are unique in any way.
Speaking of ignorance, I too am baffled by the introductory lyrics. I'll post them
here, and think about this today.
I'd also appreciate anyone's take on this verse/this song...
