The chemo protocol for treating lung cancer is exactly the same one they
used on me for ovarian cancer. It sucks.
I wish I could put anyone who's unfortunate enough to have this habit
(addiction) in that chair, the moment before they stick the needle in your
arm. The terror of that moment, followed by watching the chemo melt away who
you are might just be enough to summon the physical ability to quit.
If you smoke, I sincerely hope you are spared. And I hope (especially for
those who are trying to quit) that you can find the method that is
successful for you.
