I don't know how it came yo see the light of day Phil, but I have the
artwork/insert that came with the CD and I think we have some folks to be
thankful to. The insert read: Digitally restored and remastered 1990 for the
sole purpose of historic preservation by Carter Smolik (don't know him),
using SoundForge 4.5
