yes, i forgot to mention one of my highlights..
singing "willy" at the piano with jules and roberto.
it was divine.

one rule i have for people who come to visit is they
*must* be able to remember my address, because this is
new york and it's a scary place to be lost. i instill
this principle in everyone from teens to the aged,
often staging "pop quizes" on people: now, where are
you staying? that's right! 23rd and 9th. i figured
julius would remember where i lived, where he was
staying, and not have to be quizzed. i was wrong. 
rose, i am very sorry, as you were simply a victim of
julius champagne-afflicted memory and my assumption
that he would remember where he was staying!!!

actually, i staged this whole incident just so you
guys could see some real live new york conflict.
everybody's so nice here now, no crime...every now and
again we have to do this to keep the tourists from
getting too comfortable and also it helps employ out
of work actors.
