I highly recommend this book to anyone who has not read it. It is, bar none, the
funniest book I have ever read. Thanks for reminding me, Lori.
My personal favorite is Toni Morrison's "Song of Solomon" with "Beloved" a close
second. In fact there are only three other writers who break Toni's lock on my top
ten - John Updike, Charles Johnson (run, don't walk to "Middle Passage") and James
Joyce.
Right now I'm reading "The Invisible Computer" by Donald Norman which is an
examination of human-centered product design, the complexity of the PC and why it must
die to be replaced by "information appliances."
