I am able to resolve the issue. Actually my SpringBoot application has 
*@SpringBootApplication(exclude={DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class}).*
After I remove *exclude={DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class} *(
*@SpringBootApplication*), it was able to create the DSLContext.
