JOSE working group, Upon reviewing the responses to this Call for Adoption, the chairs have determined that there is a lukewarm consensus to adopt the document. We have also noted with some concern the small number of individuals responding to the Call for Adoption and the obvious disagreement. The authors have confirmed that they are willing to update it based on the consensus in the WG.
