A few hints to finding these people : * Don't call it JOSM-NG. JOSM already has a bad name. * Get people to use it before you invite them to write plugins. That means limit the scope of the project, but make sure it all actually works (incl. uploads). Is it true that JOSM-NG will have a different upload process ? Not at the end, but while the user was editing ??
