I'm truly sorry you found what you did. We've got an open channel with the
service provider and they're committed to improving the system based on
user
feedback. I'm certain this is a large and diverse group of new users we've
given them, and that can certainly help the software improve.
Accessibility
is an especially high priority for me, and I know I'm not alone. I'll make
sure it stays at the top of the list that we've got them looking into.
