We were using Tomcat for a while and it just fell apart on us after a while, and that
is why we switched to Allaire. So far it's been great. The only real problem that
we've had is that it locks up every once in a while, but a quick restart fixes it.

I know the new site made by the Hotmail founder uses Jrun as well (again started using
Tomcat).

Hmm I did the same research in the pass and find out that everyone is
pointing BEA WebLogic like the best one.. But also it's very heavy and
it's has so much features so it?s not very easy thing... You can also
check Oracle iAS, especially if you going to use Oracle as a backend.
Oracle is using Apache as a HTTP listener and JServ core so you can
check java.apache.org as well ....
