Celeste, I have gotten a bunch of e-mails from people who haven't posted to the list with the same problem. It does seems as though the stars and the moon has to be aligned just right for it to happen - if you go back through the posts, Rich gives explicit instructions on how to recreate the problem. I will say this: One day we tested and we were able to reproduce the bug multiple times and very quickly. Another day the we tried for 15 minutes and it didn't show up. Out of about 2000 transactions for my application, the bug showed up 3 times (well thats how many honest people called in to complain). It seems as though this bug showed up only after I switched the applications to use a welcome page. And it happens on 3.0 (no service packs) as well as 3.1
