I must be wrong. I meant 'since 3.4', but it must be also wrong.
In preparing for the release 3.3, I had heard that
'the next release may drop JDK 1.4 support, so we will be able to
use Java5 API in the Eclipse Platform'.
Anyway, I have not heard the problems of using jsch on Java 5.
