My apologies for this. It seems Emmanuel was the first to surface
Maven in the context of this thread. You had been a little more vocal
about it which is why I thought you surfaced it.
Please, just re-read your first mail :

I _never_ said that we should use maven. I just said that we have a
working build system, so I don't see any urgent reason to move to
something which is in its infancy. And if we have to move to something
else, a stable build system we use at The ASF (ant+ivy, Maven or buildr)
would be smarter. Taht's it.
