That's fine, anybody know of a notebook organizer that will do something
like that? Sort of like the notes folder in Outlook? I would put them there,
but don't want to start outlook every time I need to see some specs on
something.

A simple text file or other document on the pc? A binder full of 
Braille pages if you use Braille. etc.
