I like the idea of the seperate mailing lists as most places I've seen this
in use have worked well (FreeBSD's mail list setup is a great example).

JSP-Technical
JSP-Announce
JSP-Questions
JSP-IDE
-- end of serious ones
JSP-GratuitousAdvertisingPostings

At least with these you can filter 90% of what you don't want to see by
simply not subscribing. This doesn't stop excessive cross-posters from
annoying you but at least its better (IMO) than JSP-EverythingAndAnything.
