any question is legitimate if the poster makes clear that he/she has looked
in all the obvious places, has tried a number of approaches, and is still
stuck. i have no complaint with them. i have been there myself..
yet the percentage of one-liners asking where to find info about java is
skyrocketing, and just identifying and deleting those has become quite time
consuming. it just seems odd that someone who can figure out how to join
the list and post an inane question doesn't have the skills to find the
information they need..
i'll quit grousing now. it will do no good in any event..
