I just thought I start another thread specifically on JavaServer Pages
and Enterprise Java Bean experience in the United Kingdom.

Thoughts?

What do you think about the current market rates £££?

Subject: Re: Any views on the Java Web market in the US ???

hi,
its good to see java technologies have life & i wish to happen so,

but
i found a totally different situtation in my place(Bangalore/India),
i am giving my personal experience, i agree that this may not be the case for all.

basically i am fresher direct from campus with B.Tech(=BS) degree in cs,when i was
searching for job, i found many many companies who r just looking for c/c++
programmers than java programmers, due to which i remain unemployed for some time.
i am definitely not a bad java programmer

one intersting thing i found in my interviews is the last question will be
*r u intersted to change the field*
i used to reply *no*
and the response from them is *....*

if some one feels its off-topic then i am really sorry for that.

basically i am mailing this is to know "is it myself alone who has faced this
situation r some thing like this happening".

regds,
ravi
