What the hell are we talking about here ?? This mailing list has the
sole purpose of adding to the JSP / Servlet knowledge of its subscribers
and not sharing Java market views ..
what have 4000 people on this list got to gain from interview
experiences of others.

Nothing personal intended, but its apperciable to stay on topic and
delegate such (rather useless) experiences and views to personal mails.
Please don't clutter 4000 mail boxes at a time. PLEASE.
