missing german date format

Via jspwiki.defaultprefs.template.dateformat in jspwiki.properties one can
freely define the standard date format for a JSPWiki installation.
Unfortunately the user preferences page isn't that flexible. One may argue
whether the static drop down list is ok or if a user should be able to enter
his own format, too.
Independent from this, the list is lacking date formats for Germany. We use
dots as date separators and the order day.month.year:
dd.MM.yyyy
