An OSGI bundle is not currently on the roadmap.  To add it would take
someone volunteering to create and maintain it.  (Mavenizing JTS is higher
priority I think... but perhaps that will make bundling easier?)

I will be at FOSS4G, and look forward to any and all discussions about JTS!
 Especially if they are over a beer...  8^)
