FWIW I don't think multiple lists is helpful for a low-volume message
traffic community The user vs dev distinction isn't very significant for a
library (vs. say server software) like JTS either. Some new traffic will
now go to one but not the other, and then some people (perhaps those
adamantly clinging to SF) won't even see it :-/
Meanwhile I'm subscribed to both but, again, not everyone knows to do
that. Again, consider a newcomer that discover JTS via SF or discover JTS
via LT without knowing about the other.
