We are getting error.
I have attached Request & Response Message for both.
I have a question why should we provide all Signature stuff.
Though definitions says its options it is expecting most of values.
Please let us know how can we go forward to resolve this ?

A flow diagram / sketch which shows lifecycle of Service registration
will help us complete this job more quicker.
At a minimum you need a to publisher, with a key generator tModel. Then
you can publish a service with its bindings. See for instance the
Subscription chapter in the user guide.

Let's start simple and try just getting an AuthToken first, how does
that sound? We have an example in the docs/examples/helloworld,
complete with ant scripts. Please let us know how that works for you.

That should be all you need to do. Note that tomcat creates a copy of
the context.xml and puts it in
<tomcat>/conf/Catalina/localhost/juddiv3.xml.
BTW the url is http://localhost:8080/juddiv3.
