I like the idea a lot. However, it's mission isn't anything different 
from what the JUG 's mission is. Rather than set up a whole new 
organization, couldn't this idea be implemented within the JUG? The JUG 
is already functioning and has a strong infrastructure in place. Not 
only that but the audience for Java information and hand-on learning 
wouldn't be divided between two organizations. I can see the marketing 
pitch now. "TriJUG - for all your Java needs"
