I gave a talk at JuliaCon this year. I recently received an email asking if I would respond with this text:
"I, the copyright holder, grant permission for MIT to distribute these files under the Creative Commons CC-BY-4.0 license" ( https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) I did, and I assume most others did as well.
