Hi Stefan,
This all sounds good. I believe that the majority of the original JUMP
ui.plugins should be possible to move to the default-plugins.xml file
without consequences. This should make it possible for someone to have a
"bare bones" version of OpenJump and then add only the functionality that
their users specifically need.
