both dialogs are from Jon Aquino - the programmer of JUMP. I think he 
made the SaveDatasetAsFile dialog later - but could have been the other 
way around...
(Martin Davis was programmer and designer of JUMP)

the postgis plugin that comes with OJ Plus - I think (not being a 
postgis user either).
But if you want to try... the OGRS 2009 tutorial has a part on how to 
use OJ & PostGIS.
