Hi Jukka,
- The Plus version has quite many plugins which have the properties files deep
inside some jars. It could make it more tempting to start the translation job
if they all could be downloaded as one zipped file. At least the first raw
draft can usually be made without trying how the translation works when
actually using OpenJUMP.
You're right. Not easy though, as extensions included in PLUS version may have any origin.
- Offset curve is using the same string
"buffers-all-geometries-in-the-input-layer" than the normal buffer tool. If it
has an own string there could be some different usage hints for both
I'll improve that,
- An useful hint for Offset curve could be to mention that positive offset is
to the left, negative to the right
Do you prefer to add it as a tooltip, or in the left panel ?
- String ui.style.DecorationStylePanel.decorations is used for map window
decorations (scale, scale bar and North arrow)
and for feature decorations in layer styles. Map decorations should have an
own string
Agree with Ede, let's solve this ambiguity from the beginning (before 1.6 release) as this is not a harmful issue.
Any idea of the terms to be used.
It could be Line Decoration or Line Style for the one in layer style
Map decoration for the new one...
One question about the new PostGIS driver:
- When using the Save PostGIS layer, TRUNCATE + INSERT alternative, what
happens if schema is changed
   a) some attributes removed
   b) new attributes added
Just tested to be sure. If you remove an attribute from OJ,
you still can commit, but will loose all values of the removed
attribute on the server.
If you add aan attribute to OJ, you get a message "schema do
not fit".
Seems reasonnable to me. What do you think ?
   One little feature request:
- The color chooser is showing values Hue-Saturation-Cue and R-G-B. It would
be nice to have the values a single string that could be copied into clipboard.
RGB values could also be shown as hexadecimals because many programs also
accepts RGB values only as hexadecimals (#00FF00 or #00FF00FF with alpha
channel). I know that I can see the hexadecimal values if I save the styles
into SDL file but that is not handy always.
If someone wants to take it, I've just found some interesting instructionn here (bottom of the page)

(sorry, in french)

Finally, I attached a screen capture from the Union/Dissolve/Merge panel. It is
using a dynamic system for updating the tool info text. Sometimes this
automatic system leads to odd into text. To reproduce, make two layers, one
with attributes and one without. Select the layer with attributes and check the
Use an attribute to dissolve. Then select the other layer without attributes.
Thanks, I'll fix it.

Regards,

Michaël
