I found the solution guy, and it was realy some thing stupid : it is a story of numbering
from what I was configuring and what I was cabling : left to right or right to left !!!! when i was configuring fe-0/3/0 I was cabling fe-0/3/3 : IF NUMBER ARE FROM RIGHT TO LEFT AND NOT FROM LEFT TO RIGHT ON M10 I will write it 1000 times to never forget it :) anyway , thank tou guys.
