Hi Experts, I have a MX240 router installed at a remote location. I am able to telnet/SSH the router but when I run a command that needs to return a large output (e.g. show log messages or show conf) the session hangs and then I have to re-establish the connection. Because of this I couldn't provide some outputs that were required by JTAC. As long as the commands I give on the router don't have to return a large output, the session remains intact. The current code that I am running is 10.2R3.10. JTAC has recommended me to install 10.3R2 but I have a feeling that won't work. Has somebody experience a similar issue? I would appreciate if somebody could give me some guidance to troubleshoot this problem.
