I hate to reply to myself, but according to http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/release-independent/junos/topics/concept/ex-series-software-features-overview.html#mpls-features-by-platform-table the EX4550 cannot do CCC at all. That makes it all rather moot :) The EX4500 can, in 12.2.
