Visitor.CONFIRM_VALUE char(32)

Hi,

I've came accross a strange problem: trying to create a new account using
the web based system, the confirmation email contained a 33 chars value
(both in the text and the confirmation URL) but the Visitor table has only
a 32 chars field for the field CONFIRM_VALUE. So of course confirmation
doesn't work.

Example:
3feaadace6d5f22c.169.953131220205
instead of
3feaadace6d5f22c.169.95313122020

Reported against build 20000310. Any idea?
