It IS a valid email address. I get a lot of mails to this address. By the way: you can type whtaever you want instead of this asterisk (max. 16 characters and without umlauts) - I will get this mail. (The "xxx.de" ist my domain).
This address (with this login) works with Thunderbird, Aquamail, HTC mail app, ... It works everywhere except K9-Mail). Am Dienstag, 7.
