That's sort of how I do it. And I do see a reduction in the size of each account. But what I'm saying is that when freshly installed, each of the four accounts was at 83 KB (or something close to that.) And now, five months after the install, and with constant deletes of mail and trash, I've got one account just over 1 MB and the smallest is now at 112 KB. My real question is if I delete all four accounts and just import the settings that I've exported, will all four accounts appear with the settings previously exported? If the import creates the accounts, I can kill all account every few months and restore them and their settings, and keep the database at a reasonable size.
