Have you checked with your ISP or cell phone provider to find out if they
are blocking port 465?

I'm using a Samsung S3 and can receive email but cannot send emails. When
I create a new AOL account in my phones basic email program, for the
Outgoing Server entries I use smtp.aol.com with ssl/tls security / port
465. I also require sign-in and have verified my user name and password.
Everything seems to work because the screen updates to allow me set
preferences. However, when attempting to send an email, I get an error msg
"Negative SMTP reply: 553 5.7.1". I have looked at this error msg but
still cannot determine which settings need changing.
