I am so glad to see that at least ONE PERSON knows it all about how 
targeted advertising works!

In case somebody is interested, I switched to IMAP on my smartphones (both 
K9 and stock Android app) and kept POP on my computers where I can delete 
messages from server upon retrieval, which is the solution I prefer. I did 
not notice any more blocked message yet. 

Another issue with all mail remaining on server is that chances are it gets 
fetched all over again when you setup a new device/client.
