Hello, Some time ago I noticed that K-9 (IMAP) leaves some E-Mails in my Inbox and does not pull them when it checks for new Mails. It does so rarely, but it still is very frustrating, I stumbled over this issue just by chance and it put a deep blow into my trust in K-9, I use it as my primary E-Mail client. I have no Idea why it does so, I have set up a mac with Thunderbird with IMAP as well and it pulls the affected E-Mails without any problem. There is also no correlation I can spot right now, the last few affected E-Mails have been very different: one from a buddy of mine, PGP encrypted (previous Mails from him arrived on K-9 no problem), one with advertising from Amazon and one from Paypal. It's as if K-9 simply does not see them at all and I only notice them in Thunderbird.
I dunno if the fault lies with K-9 at all, but I would be glad if someone can tell me what to look at or check so I can find the culprit. My Hoster is alfahosting.de, I kinda doubt that it is the problem, since Thunderbird pulls all E-Mails with no issues. My Android is a Nexus 4, running Lollipop, K-9 is as up to date as the appstore version can be. Thanks for any help and tips.
