Yes, but since this is hard to reproduce: search the open bugs to see if there is already a report be very very specific about OS version, K-9 version, exactly how you have it configured (imap/pop, poll, push, poll-when-connecting-for-push, at least) if you can watch traffic with tcpdump on your wifi, or use adb logcat, that will be helpful. There have been a lot of 'k-9/doze not happy together' and it is very hard to figure out what's actually happening from them.
