Yes, this is the same problem. The K-9 FAQ lists the subject: Why is "Sync Diabled" always showing? The answer is that the global settings for sync are not set correctly. Well, mine and other users DO have it set to "Sync Always" and it still does not fetch. Can someone shed some light on this difficulty? I'm assuming that the sync setting is the critical part, but other parts of the K-9 FAQ talk about K-9 permissions being dependent upon other global permissions. There are no permission settings that I can find in the K-9 settings menus. Where do we go from here?
