Hi there, I just switched from a Samsung S5 with Android 4.4 to a Nokia 6 with Android 8.1
No I have the problem, that Push messages are not working in background anymore. The K9 app has to be running in order to receive push messages and messages in general. When I close the app I can't receive any mails. Even the time based synchronizing (every 15 minutes) does not work. When I go to the permissions, I realize that there are several permissions (read|write|delete mails etc.) which are greyed out for K9. When I turn it on (green slider) it will turn to grey again as soon as I leave the settings screen. So Android 8.1 doesn't save my permissions I set for K9 (for other apps I can set and save permissions, but not for K9) Anybody with the same problem?
