I was someplace with overly filtered wifi. I was able to fetch mail but
not send (because of which ports where blocked, not a k-9 bug). I
composed and sent a few messages, which I saw in outbox.

I tend turned off wifi to go back to cellular (which works fine).

k-9 connected to imap and polled "poll when connecting for push" just
fine.

But, the outbox messages did not get sent.

I would expect an attempt to send outbox when there is a new network,
similar to connecting for incoming mail.

I did "send messages" manually and they went.

So:

do people agree that there should be a "send outbox" attempt when
connecting to new network (if nonempty of course)?

do other people see this behavior?

A similar situation (compose with no network, vs broken network) is
already reported; I will see if I can create a debug log.
