I had the same Warnings and the command grep -Pl '\r\n' $KVROOT/KVFiles/INDRA_e503/* list for me the files: Grid_ChioCsI_C10-17_R322-606.dat Grid_ChioSi_C4-9_R322-606.dat IDGridManager_E503_CSI_RL.dat IonisationChamber.cal Reconstruction.cal SI_CSI_C4-9_autofit.dat and indeed after the conversion with the fromdos command the warnings disappear. Strange!
