STEPS
1. Create a new user without password: `sudo useradd -m -s /bin/bash test` +
`sudo passwd -e test`.
2. Log into the new user.
3. Try to connect to a wi-fi.
4. You are presented to create a new kwallet. Select any method.
RESULT
- The wi-fi never connects: the applet gets stuck at: waiting for
authentication.
- Which means that any user session that has no password, like that on a live
USB, will be unable to connect to a wi-fi.
