The debug console has "clipboard" greyed out. Actually, multiple entries are
greyed out on the kwin debug console. 

I tinker with my rc files frequently, but I do not havve a klipperrc file. All
the files under /.local/share/klipper appear to be edited with updates.

The only tinkering I've done with custom clipboard configurations was
installing xclilp, which I think transfers data to the same clipboard used by
klipper, but should not prevent klipper from operating normally, given it is
geared toward transferring console outputs to the clipboard, rather than
serving as the desktop environment's primary clipboard.

The point might be moot anyway, I don't anticipate we'll get anywhere if I
can't reproduce the issue either
