SUMMARY
Dockers in the workspace will change their proportions after restore and

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. put the docker of "Tool Options" in the workspace.
2. Restore the window.
3. Maximize the window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The proportions of the dockers have changed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The proportions will not change after restore and maximize the window.
