SUMMARY
Try KDE Plasma 6.5.3 on Debian Forky.
Everything works fine in X11.
But with Wayland, I was unable to click and drag an image inside Google Chrome.
I tried with Firefox and doesn't work either.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with Wayland
2. Open up a web browser such as Chrome and Firefox
3. Try to click and drag and doesn't work
OBSERVED RESULT
Click and drag doesn't work
EXPECTED RESULT
Expect to image can drag from a browser tab to another
