Apparently, then, perfectly valid bugs in kde/plasma will not ever get fixed unless it personally impacts a developer and that developer *feels like* fixing it. That doesn't sound like a rousing endorsement of KDE/Plasma - "KDE/Plasma - maybe we fix the bugs if we feel like it!".
