            Bug ID: 516922
Summary: Transform tool: if locked aspect ratio is turned on,
rescaling video does not scale both dimensions to the
                    clip aspect ratio
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdenlive
      Version First 25.12.2
       Reported In:
          Platform: Flatpak
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Video Effects & Transitions

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
If aspect ratio is not locked, and I create a keyframe and rescale it, the
scale will likely not match the clip aspect ratio. If I then set the aspect
ratio to locked, and rescale the keyframe, it does not snap to the clip aspect
ratio as it did with 24.08.

This is annoying if I don't notice that the aspect ratio isn't locked (it's
annoying that I can't set a default to lock the aspect ratio, as I almost
always want that); in order to reset the aspect ratio I need to either manually
reset the dimensions or delete and re-create the keyframe.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a keyframe with transform tool with aspect ratio unlocked.
2. Rescale the clip by dragging one of the handles.
3. Set the transform tool aspect ratio to locked
4. Rescale the clip

OBSERVED RESULT

Aspect ratio of the keyframe is not rescaled to the clip aspect ratio.

EXPECTED RESULT

Aspect ratio of the keyframe should be rescaled (as was the case with 24.08).
