SUMMARY
Whenever you sync Kasts, if the episode Kasts was currently playing (even if
paused), was marked as fully played on gPodder, and another episode is
partially played, Kasts automatically starts playing the other episode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect Kasts to gPodder (I'm using gpodder-nextcloud)
2. Connect some other client to the same gPodder account (I'm using AntennaPod,
so will use that in the steps below)
3. Add some podcast
4. Play part of an episode in Kasts, and pause
5. Make sure the state is fully synced between Kasts and AntennaPod
6. Play the rest of the episode in AntennaPod
7. Play part of a different episode in AntennaPod
8. Sync AntennaPod to gPodder
9. Sync Kasts to gPodder

OBSERVED RESULT
Kasts downloads the second episode and immediately starts playing it without
any additional user input

EXPECTED RESULT
If Kasts is paused, it should not start playing anything until you press play
