Never have.

I dismiss obvious trolls who are repeating the same obvious troll arguments
they've spouted when they were obviously trolling all the other dozens of
times, since I took the time to give them a clear understanding of what's
really happening and they chose to ignore it because they're obviously
trolling.

No, I have repeatedly addressed those legitimate concerns - something you
selectively ignore of course - and antagonised trolls for trolling.

Is a problem and I addressed it.

Is all I've discussed.

A uniform solution that's intuitive for everyone and not gimped for everyone to
appease users who lack understanding seems like a smart way to do it.

Not up to you or I, that's up to the devs. I'm just trying to make sure that a
few trolls pretending they don't understand that this isn't Windows Explorer
from intentionally trying to make it as featureless as Windows Explorer for no
cause other than to troll people who are using selection like it is supposed to
be used.

All you've got are false accusations against me and haven't offered anything in
the form of a solution other than "it should act like every other file
explorer" which as I have demonstrated is nonsensical because Dolphin doesn't
work like them, and now I've shown you another one just like it.

I sure as heck don't see any evidence of you having spun up 6 different distros
looking for inspiration for a solution and references to how other similar apps
deal with this. I don't see you taking the time to explain it. I don't see you
offering a solution that might actually retain functionality. All I see is a
handful of trolls trying to ruin dolphin.
